The U. S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has opened a class action age discrimination charge against United Airlines. To be included in the group, complete the Intake Questionnaire at

Once you have completed your questionnaire, print it, write across the top: "I intend for my complaint to be combined with Charge Number: 541-2011-01769," and make a copy for your records. Be aware that your name, along with others who are filing this charge of discrimination, may be forwarded to United Airlines.
